Parents don’t look after children; electronic devices do

If children are found or reported to the hospital with some kind of visionary and psychological issues that are prone as due to use of excessive electronic gadgets and apps; their parents must be held responsible for deteriorating children’s health and life and thus responsible authority must question and as well charge the parents. Parents spoil their children these days - not out of love but out of time - it is easier to look after a child if he or she is given a mobile phone or an IPad.
Perhaps, what our children need is, our time with them to walk in the park, read books with them, see greenaries, take them for decent cinema together, play light sports together, etc...which are more physical and involves multi-skills development. However sadly, neither parents nor children seem to care for each other with concerns of each other. We can do something about it collectively provided we pay attention to the problem itself.
